You will receive your card within 3 weeks – from Consumer Finance Holding Poprad, the cards issuers and administrator.
- Why are 0 points on my new card?
Until activation, the new card is inactive and shows zero balance 0 € (0 Sk). It is activated automatically with its first use. At this stage, points are transferred from the original card to the new one.
- What to do in case of lost PIN code for NAY Elektrodom client card?
You may place a written PIN application in any our shop. Repeated PIN code issue costs 1,50€ (45,19 Sk). After filing your written application, you will receive your PIN code at the addressed specified in your application (Application for repeated PIN code issue).
- I lost NAY Elektrodom client card. How can I apply for a new one?
You may request new card issue in any our shop. Based on your application, a new card will be issued to you against the payment of 3 € (90,38 Sk).
The new card will be credited with the number of points remaining on your lost or stolen card 24 hours from the moment of your report on the original card loss or theft. Following issue, the card will be delivered to you within 3 weeks by Consumer Finance Holding Poprad, the cards issuer and administrator.
- How am to activate the credit function of my NAY Elektrodom client card?
If you wish to activate the credit function, it is necessary to fill in an application on credit card activation. You can ask for the application form by contacting CFH infoline on 0850 111 262 (at the price of local calls) during working days from 7.00 to 19.00. Then you will receive the application form per post together with information materials and pre-paid return envelope. - Where can I get information on the activation of my credit function?
You can search information directly with the cards issuer and administrator, namely Consumer Finance Holding Poprad on infoline 0850 111 262 or e-mail address info@kkarty.sk. Additional phone number: 0850 111 007.
- Why did I loose points from my card?
One year from the last transaction with NAY Elektrodom client card, the number of points on the card is reduced by one half. In two years, the points are reduced to zero.
- There are 350 points on my card. What does this mean?
Provided there are 350 points on your card, you may use them for direct discount.
Example: an item costs 500 € (15 063 Sk), 350 € (10 544,10 Sk) will be paid through points (1 bod = 1 € (30,126 Sk)) and 150 € (4 518,90 Sk) is paid in cash or bank card. You may use your points at a single occasion, gradually or cumulate them.
- I own both Orange and NAY Elektrodom cards. May I cumulate them?
Yes, you may. Orange card gives you a direct discount of 3% and your NAY Elektrodom accumulates points representing 1% of the retail price.
