In NAY Internetdom, hire purchase is identical with any other purchase type – differences are in the generation of your order. Therefore, you may apply the "How to shop in NAY Internetdom" instructions when shopping. This page will draw your attention to the mentioned differences in order generation.

List of Available Hire Purchase Products:

Hire purchase products available for a given type of product are found in the detailed product info (when you display it separately on the page), in section hire purchase products.


Hire purchase product - this displays a pre-defined hire purchase product, usually with fixed first payment and number of instalments (it is only available, if such goods are currently available)
Hire purchase company - Following the selection of hire purchase company, the relevant calculation tools and available hire purchase products will be displayed.

Generation of Hire Purchase Order:

Should you select option "hire purchase order generation" in "your basket", the list of hire purchase products available for your order will be displayed (not for the specific goods, but for the entire order. If some goods did not enable hire purchase, several items in your basket may have already reached the required hire purchase value.)

It is necessary to select a hire purchase product, or a hire purchase company. Should you select a hire purchase company, it is necessary to select the necessary data in the displayed calculation tool and press "calculate". On the left hand side, the computed data will show up.

ATTENTION! - you need to confirm your acceptance of the stated data by pressing "I agree" only that the button "next step" shows up (in the place of the question mark). Only then it is possible to proceed in your order generation.

Further, you proceed just like with a classic purchase. In the following steps, you need to define the method of goods delivery and confirm agreement with NAY Internetdom business conditions.

Delivery of Credit Application and Other Relevant Documentation

The completed order will state further instructions on successful completion of your order:

The system will request you to complete your credit application online. After clicking on the relevant reference, the new window will re-route you to the hire purchase company system, where you can complete and send your credit application. This step is a condition for successful completion of your order. Following your credit approval, your order will enable you to make the first payment.

ATTENTION – should it be necessary to deliver us other documents (e.g. employer income confirmation) outside the credit application – the order will state this in the bottom section. Please, deliver these documents by mail to the following address:

Following re-routing to the hire purchase company page, messages on secured and encrypted connection to their system will pop up. These need to be confirmed.

In case of CETELEM
Further, credit application conditions will be displayed. Please, read them. To be able to proceed to credit application completion, it is necessary to confirm the following consent:


Without this consent, you may not complete your application.
Then complete and send your credit application.

Following the application sending, you will be informed on the result via e-mail to the address stated in the application. Should your loan be approved, you will be able to pay your order after re-opening it.
Following payment, goods will be delivered to the specified delivery address. Goods may only be accepted by the credit applicant, since it is necessary to sign credit agreements at the time of delivery.

In Case of Other Hire Purchase Companies

(Provided they are currently available) the system will offer you to print the documents necessary for your credit – including the credit application form. All necessary documents need to be printed, completed accurately and delivered to our address:

Add your printed internet order to the necessary documents.

Following documents delivery, we advance your credit application to the relevant hire purchase company for approval and inform you by phone on the result. Following repeated order display, you will be able to make the payment.
Following payment, goods will be delivered to the specified delivery address. Goods may only be accepted by the credit applicant, since it is necessary to sign credit agreements at the time of delivery.

Credit Repayment:

You will start repaying your credit first after receiving the payment schedule generated by the hire purchase company. Instalments will be paid to the hire purchase company that approved your credit.
