Registration and Login

I’m buying for the first time

Your first purchase through the NAY Internetdom system requires you fill out the registration form . After registration, you may log in and shop.

I already have an account

If you have already created an account with us, log in and continue shopping.

Note: Registration and log in are only required for the needs of creating an order. You need not register or log in to view our merchandise.

Searching and displaying merchandise

You can search for merchandise using the merchandise categories on the left menu or by using the search option in the upper right.

Merchandise categories

Merchandise is divided into categories according to the purpose for which it serves. By clicking on the selected category , the sub-categories will appear, followed by merchandise sorted by brand. e.g.: Refrigerators-American refrigerators-Bosch, etc.

Search

Enter the name of the product or one of the following options into the search field : partial name of the product, partial name of the function of the product or manufacturer name. Confirm your selection by clicking “search”. The merchandise which meets your criteria will immediately be displayed.

Placing merchandise into your basket and creating your order

1. After confirming quantity and clicking the shopping basket icon, your selected merchandise will be placed in the shopping basket. After you have placed merchandise into the basket, the following information will be displayed: This merchandise was successfully added to your basket.

You may continue placing additional merchandise into your shopping basket. You may modify the contents of your shopping basket at any time.

2. Create your order by clicking the show basket icon . However, you may proceed with creating your order from the shopping basket only after you have registered and logged in. If you have already logged in, continue shopping.

3. After logging in and clicking show basket, the system will offer you two options – “Create Order” and “Create Order with Installment Plan” (if the merchandise may be purchased on an installment plan). Click one of these buttons to begin the order creation process.

4. If you selected Create Order for your merchandise, you will be taken to the second step - Method and Place of Delivery, where you must define the method of delivery and either confirm the predefined address which you entered when registering or create a new address to which you would like your merchandise delivered. If you selected Create Order with Installment Plan, you will be taken to the first step – Installment Plan Purchases, where you will select the installment plan product and the installment plan company. After you fill in the applicable installment plan table, the system will calculate your installments. If you agree with the proposed installment, click the I Accept button. After you accept, select the next step – Method and Place of Delivery. The procedure for entering your address is the same as in the first example. If your internet purchase is on an installment plan, the credit applicant must be present at the delivery address at the time of delivery in order sign the installment plan contracts.

5. After filling in the required data, select the next step – Recapitulation, where our system will show you all of the data you defined in your order and then request your express consent to the commercial terms and conditions; you must tick the box. After ticking the consent box, submit the order by clicking the Create Order button. The system will notify you that your order was accepted. If you entered a valid e-mail address during registration, a confirmation e-mail will be delivered to you along with your order in .pdf format.

Payment for orders and delivery of merchandise

1. The Order page will show you instructions for making your payment. You may pay for your order in two different ways: either click advance invoice and pay the invoice upon receipt (at the bank or post office), or make payment via one of these internet portals: Tatrapay, Cardpay, VUB platby, Sporopay.

2. If you selected payment via internet banking, click on the logo of the payment method you selected (beneath the order). After clicking on the logo you will be re-directed to the bank portal, where you will enter the requested data and pay the invoice.

The bank which administers your account (or the payment) and internet banking is responsible for the security of your payment.

This is the quickest method of payment. We will learn of your payment within several minutes (on business days during business hours – 08:00 – 16:30).

3. Upon receipt of your payment to our account, the merchandise will be delivered by courier or we will prepare the merchandise for personal pick-up at your choice of any NAY Elektrodom location.

Explanation of icons and notes

Log in menu

after logging in a menu will appear on the left side containing these icons (from left to right):

  1. modify registration data – you can modify your registration data at any time (such as log in name)
  2. mailbox – the system will send messages to your mailbox regarding your orders or other messages. If you have any unread messages, the icon will be blinking
  3. orders – contains all of the orders you have created and is available at any time for viewing, for payment or other operations
  4. customer discounts – contains a list of your activated customer discounts
  5. log out – for security reasons, after you finish shopping in the NAY Internetdom system don’t forget to log out


Product detail

by every displayed piece of merchandise you will find a “product detail” icon – after clicking on this icon detailed information about the product will be displayed: photo of the product, technical parameters, price, stock on hand, information on purchasing on installment plans, forms required for purchasing the product on an installment plan or related reviews from technical magazines (if any), or the contributions, opinions and experiences of customers with this product.

Merchandise for binding orders

we do not have this merchandise physically in our warehouse; we must order it from the vendor. However, you can create your order and make your payment. The delivery period for this type of merchandise is two weeks; if the delivery period is more than two weeks, you will be notified by our employee with whom you will make arrangements for the next step.

Clearance

If you ordered clearance merchandise, make sure that supplies in the warehouse are not running out. After you place the merchandise into your shopping basket, you may see the following information: Payment options for your order will be blocked. If this happens to you, payment will not be automatically permitted after you submit the order. Your payment will not be permitted until our employees verify the actual warehouse stock of your selected merchandise and notify you by telephone.

Discount information

information will be displayed with each order on whether a discount is applicable on the merchandise (if you want this information to be displayed, activate a discount).

This product is contained in other sets

this merchandise is available at a discounted price or contains a free gift. In this case the detailed display does not contain the “shopping basket” icon but the button: Ordering options. When you click this button the selected merchandise will be displayed individually and also with an offer of all products in which it is contained.
